I like this place better than most beauty supply shops! Customer service is fantastic and they have a very large selection. I will continue to shop at purple! Even ordering online is easy and I get it in no time! Never had an issue

So many options for artificial nails, skincare, waxing and all supplies for professionals. Just proof of your certification and enjoy shopping. Don’t be surprised when you go for one item and end up with bags full of goods. Everyone who works there is super friendly.

I’m a nail technician student and went in for the first time today. The selection was amazing and all the ladies were SO nice. Prices were great as well especially for a poor student like me on a budget, haha. Tons of clearance items too! When they found out I was a student at the till, they gave me some samples of some brands to try and they were VERY generous portioned samples! I highly recommend Purple Beauty Supplies! This definitely won’t be the last time I’ll be shopping here!

One of the best beauty supply stores i’ve ever been too, staff is VERY friendly and always willing to help! would definitely recommend this supply store if your certified you do have to be certified to shop there myself and my fellow esthetician friends LOVE coming to purple!

Took a few courses here which I think is fabulous and the place is also amazing! I did my natural nail course most recently and had the pleasure of having Rachelle as my instructor. She was amazing! If I didn’t understand something, she helped me and explained in a way I just got it. She was so positive and encouraging I would highly recommend anybody to take training with her or at Purple beauty in general. I met quite a few ladies and they were all so happy and friendly. Thanks for such an amazing education experience. And the store is all a bonus! Loved the all in one. Able to learn and purchase.

Anytime I go into Purple Beauty Supplies, I'm welcomed warmly and the ladies always make sure to ask if I need help. As a nailtech still in the early first years of her career having knowledgeable people as well as a safe environment to learn is key. I highly recommend checking them out.

The education at Purple is above and beyond. The recent class instructed by Rachelle went far beyond our expectations. Her in depth knowledge of industry, patience and high expectationswith expert guidance has provided a complete novice with the tools and confidence to start a new career. The standards at Purple will challenge you, inevitably giving you the best chance to be successful at your chosen career. There is nothing that matches the hands on training and product kits. Rachelle alone is a reason to enrol here. She genuinely wants you to be amazing at what you do a and demonstrates a patience only given to gifted teachers. Outside of the classes, Jennifer is by far the best person to guide you through any enrolment process and is so uplifting, you want to just hang out at her desk! The well educated staff on the retail side will not only guide you through your purchases but make you feel like a you are shopping for pleasure. This is not just a school and store…it is a community.

Drove here from Beaumont to buy the Apres nail kit. I checked out the website before coming. Got to the door only to find out that only members are allowed into the store. The door states “we do not sell to the public”. Put this on your website clearly. I would have called first but I got here for opening.

Our experience was very different from the other reviews. One staff member was outright one of the most disrespectful people I've ever seen. I watched her lose her mind on a customer for no reason, and they must not have noticed that I was with that customer, as even when I was nearby, her and the other ladies were standing around whispering rudely about her afterwards. Very, very disappointed. We were looking to branch out our nail supplies, and now this is a business I will not shop at. Yes, she is certified to shop there, and yes she had asked questions before she even went in. For literally no reason at all the staff member came up to her, accused her of bringing a group of 10 unlicensed people into her store group of 4 and she's licensed, and then kept flip-flopping between "you can't bring people with you", and "you cam bring a couple friends", which again, she asked if we could come in BEFORE we went in. To add to it, there were other groups of people I there she said absolutely nothing to, and they shopped in peace. Editing to add that the response to this was utter nonsense as we were quiet the entire time we were there except one time I asked from an aisle over if someone found something. What level of intolerance must exist if even quiet people disturb others? Or is this simply an attempt to cover poor behavior from staff?
