Purolator

Driver unable to find my home!!!!! First time since 12 years. Quelle incompétence. "Further directions required to complete delivery via VAUDREUIL depot " What info do you need besides my home address???

I have been waiting for my delivery. Amazon site says it's on its way...then I checked the Purolator website to find out delivered was already attempted?? I don't have a slip to even know where to go & get it! Your not even open on weekends, so I can't call anyone to ask, and I NEEDED this item for today!!!! I tried calling your messed up automated service, but the voice recognition can't understand tracking numbers that start with letters before numbers. I'm SO disappointed in your service! There was no way for me to know it arrived with no slip in my mailbox! Previous comments have shared the same experience I just had. How am I supposed to return an item when I don't even know where it is?! Your hours of closing is crappier than Canada Post & they are Federal! At least they are still open after work hours. Now I'm stuck not being able to find where it is until Monday when it was supposed to be Friday delivery by 8pm. I was home by 4pm with NO knowledge they already passed by..because NO SLIP. The item is useless to me now & need to return it by tomorrow..but your not open weekends! Horrible horrible horrible service!! Amazon won't refund me if I don't return it by tomorrow! CGJ001262413.

Most horrible service ever. They are are so illogical. They lose stuff on a regular basis never to be seen again. I often have time sensitive packages that never make it. Customer service is terrible. They will not go out of their way to help you out, no matter the urgency. Complete debacle. They have no idea what they're doing. They need to revamp their whole procedure.

The Purolator is located inside the staples (Bureau en gros) store.good service.

Really slow and couldn’t find my packages even after I said exactly what they were and where I ordered from and the 3 large boxes showed the company clearly marked on the box.
