Have been a customer of them through our business for many years, so I'd like to think our story is a little different than the usual ones... have had parcels damaged several times due to drivers just leaving stuff on the front step of our business, which is completely pig-headed. despite several requests for drivers to just leave it at the back door. I am a shipping manager so I completely understand the difference between signature required and not required, but I expect couriers not to leave valuable merchandise on our front step and just invite someone to come in and steal it in the morning before we even arrive! part of me thinks this is a passive aggressive payback ever since we started using FedEx as their international rates blow them out of the water.

Got a call last Wednesday that my parcel was at the depot to be picked up, it's hard working around the hours and the distance when I don't have a car and work the full day but I finally managed to find a friend who was available to take me there to get my mail on Monday (since they're closed on the weekend). When I get there I'm told that my package was already sent back earlier that day and that they call you the second day the item shows up, but you still only have the five business days to pick up, which by that point would have been four. Today would have been the fifth day and I still had two hours before close to get my item (since I work until five) which didn't really feel fair at all. Then when I put the tracking number they gave me into the computer it says it had been there for weeks but for some reason I was never actually notified? Upset either way as now I've lost the parcel I've been waiting for for almost two months to receive and as much as I'd like to say this has never happened before, it did and it's always the same location that does this.

If I could give a lower review I would! My boyfriend waited around all day because I needed this delivered today, he was in the living room watching tv with our blinds open looking for the truck. I came home looked online and it said there was a delivery attempt made at 1:21pm. Also there was no delivery notice left. So I had to contact support to figure out what was going on, and they said they could request another delivery but it would take over 48 hours. So because you guys have terrible drivers, I have to suffer? So I will have to go and pick it up waste more of my time and gas. I will refuse to use Purolator ever again. Worst delivery service out there. Especially because it seem I am not the only one having this issue with things not being delivered. You are getting all these complaints about the same thing do something about it! I did put in a service complaint through the online chat. If you have a choice use UPS or Canada Post. The absolute worst service I have ever received. DO NOT USE PUROLATOR!

Our parcel was out for delivery yesterday at 7:40am but at 4:15pm it appears the driver decided to call it in for the day and re-scheduled our delivery for the next day.. We are now Day-2 and tracking shows item out for delivery at 7:10am - as of currently 5pm and my wife has now wasted two full days waiting around home for this delivery.. if the driver doesn't want to drop it off then just leave it behind so we can pick it up! This is ridiculous!

very bad, comes to the wrong house every time and with me owning a business I do not have time for error. They lost my products and was saying its my fault..
