Apple Self Storage

Booked a unit online. It was ready and waiting and Melissa greeted us with her usual smile and friendly welcome. This is not the first time we used this Dieppe location and it because of our previous experience with Melissa and Apple Storage that we returned.

I had no problems . Melissa was great. She was able to answer any questions that I had, and she was very friendly and polite. I would recommend this place to others.

We stored our car at the Dieppe facility for 6 weeks while we were away and found the staff very friendly and helpful. While enroute home I discovered that I had lost the code to get into the facility and, furthermore, we would be arriving on a Saturday when the office is closed. I sent an email to the Mountain Rd. office and the lady there contacted Melissa on Saturday morning and emailed a code back to me so we were able to get our car. Now, THAT'S SERVICE!! We found the facility clean and clearly well managed . Thanks!

Melissa at the Dieppe Apple storage is always so up beat and friendly always willing to help the site is clean and well maintained. Defiantly a top choice spot

Melissa at Apple storage is the sweetest possible person to have ever worked at any storage company in any country at anytime in history . Her politeness and professionalism is beyond perfection . Thank you very much for your help all these years .
