Beyond terrible. Decided to ship a suitcase to Wyoming in order to avoid Air Canada losing the bags there as it's a 2 stop flight to get there from Nova Scotia. I shipped my bag FedEx a full week before arrival and it got to the hotel no problem. My girlfriend shipped through Purolator, was the same drop off location and ship time, and not only did the bag not make it there for the week of January 22, it arrived a full week after we had gone back home, 3 weeks late.nnTHEN, it gets lost on the way back and we are forced to pay to have the bag returned because they screwed up and did not do return to sender. So we've now paid to have the same bag returned that we could have just brought home and we literally just got the bag back today: FEBRUARY 28, 2024, OVER 1 MONTH LATER. I could ship an item to China faster than this!!!nnPurolator will offer no refunds or compensation. $200 was initially paid to send the bag there and its literally a month and a half since we have laid hands on it, until today. Not to mention they screwed up initially and got us to fill out the wrong commercial paperwork for the bag instead of the item just being labelled as a suitcase we were shipping.nnSo much for trying to avoid lost luggage on a flight! Purolator is 1000X worse! Use FedEx!

Failed to deliver a package 2 days in a row due to “invalid address”. Funny that it shows up in their system correctly and Canada Post, Amazon and UPS all have zero difficulty finding the address.nnWatched them on a live GPS feed stop at the intersection to my subdivision and turn out. It’s like they don’t want to find your place.nnNot waiting a third day, so now I have to go pick up a package that should be easily delivered. Waited around the house for nothing apparently. Terrible service.nnUpdate: Went to the Center itself. The staff there are very good. They explained that they use a third party service Pigeon Ship who is in charge of the delivery. Great service by Purolator in regards to service, but they definitely need to reconsider contracting out to Pigeon Ship if these are the results.

They should change their name to Pure O Late. My package was out of delivery since 8am morning and brought back to sorting facility in Kentville at 10:30am and the reason is that the truck is full? I don’t get it! I’m just living in new minas 10mins away from them. Very poor service!

Absolutely the worst shipping company I have ever seen, every other company is 10 times better then this joke, sign a paper for them to leave package at my house and they take it to a drug store witch closes befor I get off work, if there was a options for zero stars that's what they would get, 100% would not recommend this joke of shipping company to anyone

These people are so lazy. They will hold your package for days then make an “attempt” and never deliver it. After spending so much on fast delivery these guys are unprofessional and sloppy. Bunch of doughnuts for brains working here
