From purchase, to delivery and installation, everything was amazing! Everyone has been very friendly and walked us through every step of our purchase process and gave us a thorough overview of care instructions once it was delivered! The pool table is bringing us hours of fun family time! A great big thank you to the entire team at Purewater from the Price family! You guys are truly the best!!
I had a really good experience with these folks. We chose them actually based on radio commercials and they were on the other side of the city. We worked with Seth who was great, and very knowledgeable. We felt he treated us right and was always there for us. There was a major delay on our tub but no fault of Purewater, just supply chain issues. In the meantime they continued to keep us updated. The installation team was really thorough and also suggested some configurations which was nice. Overall a really great experience. Interestingly enough I spoke with someone I know who actually went through 5 hot tub places before he bought with Purewater. He bought the same tub and loves it. I would certainly recommend Purewater.
Very good at sales, delivery and water analysis but not very responsive when it comes to after sales issues. We had an issue regarding the installation of our hot tub which may result in an issue down the road if not resolved. After contacting service, providing more detail along with photos, we are still without an answer after a week. One would expect that as experts they would be able to advise as soon as possible. We are not looking for a service call but rather an answer regarding the installation of the tub. So far crickets!
5-star experience, 5-star rating, will highly recommend Purewater to family and friends. Very thankful for Seth! He spent the time we needed with us, was extremely knowledgable, and helped us select the exact hot tub we wanted/needed. Our installation was seamless and we can't thank Catherine enough. She coordinated it all and had it completed the day before the white stuff started to fall!! How's that for timing? Awesome! Will post photos when the snow is gone. Until then, we'll be in our hot tub with our toques on.
You’d have a better chance getting a response from trying to contact the dead rather than this business. They don’t respond to phone calls or emails for days at a time. They were contracted by the previous owner to install a new pool liner. They installed it with many wrinkles. They asked me to refill the pool and warm it up at my expense so they could remove them. They came back a week later and did not resolve the problems. Now they want to leave the problems until next year. Absolutely unacceptable. Horrible customer service and experience. Update 1: Finally received a call 6 days after an email. The sales person completely contradicted what the installer had said to me. Completely contradicted what's available online. The job started on the 12th, then 14th then 21st and all of sudden on the 23rd, it was too cold for them to finish. Not a single word from the person who did the install about weather. Absolute deception at play. The person was taunting me that they had already taken payment and it was their call when they would complete the process. I have dealt with some great pool companies. Brady Pool just up the road provided helpful advice without hesitation and at no charge when I was experiencing filter issues. Campbell and Mermaid have also been great in the past. Best to look at them for your needs.
Very knowledgeable sales staff. Delivery team was great and explained things well. After sales service also above and beyond. Won't hesitate to recommend Purewater to friends and family.
Purewater Rocks !!!!! Nordic MS Retreat We had our tub installed on a rainy day this past September by Steve and Pat from Purewater. This was a very positive experience. Steve is a true customer service advocate. He was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with everything related to the install and the tub itself. Thank you Steve. After carefully pulling and pushing the dolly to our backyard, Steve finally removed the protective wrapper on the tub and "viola" - there it was. It was the first time I'd seen the french vanilla shell and was super happy with the colour comb that Seth had recommended....the contrast with the black cabinet work is very complementary. Oh, I should mention that we ordered the tub from Seth at Purewater. Seth was amazing to deal with, he is very "customer focused". I started hounding Seth in June and finally ordered the tub in mid August and we love it! The Retreat MS has gotta to be one of the best hot tubs on the market, dollar for dollar. Seth was very patient as I bombarded him with a bahzillion questions for well over two months!! I'm sure I was starting to drive him nuts but he stayed cool and collected the whole time. Seth is the spa -guru...really, he had all the answers. At first I had no interest in the Nordic Retreat MS as it looked a bit small for what we had in mind. However, I was set on going with a Nordic Tub based on their rock solid track record. Seth set me straight on the attributes of the Retreat. The tub has lot's of deep interior space and we are really happy that we took his advice. We went with the 220 volt hard wire option carried out by Scott and his team at the Hot Tub Guys. These guys know their stuff as well. Thank you Scott and a big thank you to Seth and the entire Purewater Team. My advice to anyone considering a hot tub purchase...go see Seth at Purewater. Steer clear of the big box stores and get the personalized service that this place has cultivated ...you won't be disappointed. Here's a few shots of the install and the Retreats final resting place.
Every employee that i dealt with was very pleasant, honest and did exactly what they said they were going to do within the exact timeline that was decided upon. I would definetly recommend them.
I stopped in to look for a part for my pool heater. The gentleman who served me was very helpful and quick to find what I was looking for. The reason I have only given four stars is that the pricing of that part was simply too much. However even after I declined to buy it there the staff member still provided me with valuable information to aid me in ensuring that I purchase the right one. I will use them again when looking for parts. Hopefully the pricing is more competitive on future attempts.
We bought a hot tube from Purewater last summer and had it installed last fall. When I changed the water this spring I ended up with an airlock in one of the pumps. I reached out to Purewater on a weekend via email, not really expecting an answer until Monday. Much to my surprise and pleasure, the service manager responded within a few hours. He gave me clear and concise directions and I followed them step by step. Within an hour we had the air lock cleared and the hot tub reassembled. Hats off to the great service that Vincent Paolucci provided to get us back up and running! Bravo! to Purewater Leisure
