Going to be very honest on this review. Me and my wife went in to CCPS on a Saturday afternoon in April with the intent on purchasing a Hydropool hot tub. There was a bit of miscommunication on the visit with the salesperson but everything was straightened out within a few days to make sure the tub we wanted with the correct options were ordered for us. As I like to say "$h!T" happens sometimes but its how the issue is dealt with and what the company does to correct the wrong that really tells you who you are dealing with, and without hesitation I can say that Dan, Bruce and everyone at CCPS turned a wrong into a very positive right. We purchased the the 570 Self Cleaning hot tub and couldn't be happier now and enjoying the hot tub so far every day. They are there to answer any questions you may have and even help you through water issues that is giving you problems. I would not hesitate to recommend CCPS to anyone in the market for a pool or in our case a hot tub...Great service, great product and more importantly great aftercare service after your purchase.
A neighbour recommended Capital City Pool Services and right from the start I had an amazing experience. The staff is pleasant and professional and the work done was quick and of the highest quality for an excellent price. So good I don’t think I’ll close or open my pool myself ever again! edit - June 2, 2022 - I just had Capital City replace my liner, return jets & skimmer and refinish my pool stairs. They did an amazing job and I am so happy! The fibreglass stairs look like new. Moe was super helpful with a but of a challenging case pool is 40 years old and showing its age and Josh is always super courteous and knows his stuff!
