Climb the stairs at Pure Home Couture and be transported to a Montmartre-esque loft space with soaring beamed ceilings and worn wooden floors. Sparkling chandeliers twinkle above French Armoires, vintage sideboards and lovely harvest tables brimming with luxury soaps and creams, jewelry, organic skincare, perfumes, glass, tableware or gifts for baby.

Such a cute shop! Great ideas for gifts and I also liked how unique the items felt. Very beautiful ambience as well.

This is a little oasis on Locke Street. I love getting gifts here. So many pretty scents like peony and lilac. I wish I could buy all the candles! They also support good causes. Definitely worth the visit up the stairs.

I love this place. The candles are incredible. I’m not sure what kind of sorcery they use but the scents make me feel nostalgic. Sea salt and white lilac are my faves. They’re potent — but not overwhelming. Keep your wicks trimmed and watch for tunnelling. If you can manage that, their candles will last a long time.  The staff is always pleasant. They’ll keep you informed of any sales and will provide gift-wrapping at checkout. And sometimes you’ll get free samples and a classy matchbox.  I’ll be back soon for my next fix!

This place is my number 1 go to for gift shopping! The candles are all so beautiful, from the scents to the packaging! The indoor decor of the place alone is a reason to come into the store!! The ladies who work there when I've come in have always been super super helpful and take so much time to focus on you! :-

Quite possibly my favorite store ever! When I lived in Hamilton, I visited this shop often. I absolutely love the way the store is set up and designed. I also met the owner and he was so lovely!!!! The scents and packaging of the products are incredible and so unique. Every time I go I discover a new favorite! The candles are my go-to purchase and when I have them lit at home people always compliment me on the scent. I now live in Toronto so I can't visit as often; however, I recently discovered they ship all over Ontario. I placed an order and received it in two days! They also included a complimentary candle as a thank you. Absolutely love this shop and recommend it to anyone looking for gift ideas or something nice for themselves.

I've supported this store for a very long time.  When they switched to Limeridge mall I drove up there too.  Every Christmas we spend a lot of money here and often pick up products for out of town family.  Today while in the store I wanted to buy a gift card.  I was referred to a $50 gift card online.  I said I'd just buy product instead.  At the "register" I was informed the no longer accepted cash.  Ridiculous and very exclusive.  Cash is legal currency.  My magnetic chip is broken on my card but I guess they only want certain folks in their shop.  Apparently they lead the way to gentrification on Locke.  People don't have credit cards, do online transactions etc.  Thanks for making life a little more exclusive.

I received the best Mother's Day gift from Pure Home... 3 beautiful candles and a pretty match box!  The packaging alone was so beautiful!!  I can't wait till we can shop in store the photos in IG are so beautiful!!!

Beautiful Parisienne-inspired shoppe. It’s my go-to for gifts and I always stock up for myself on their “20% off days”. I love that they are environmentally-friendly and the owners are so helpful in-store, by phone, or via social media. It’s so romantic and whimsical. You must visit if you’re in Hamilton.

Beautiful shabby chic shop! If you love vintage style candles, soaps, perfume and more, great place to go! Even gift wrapping available.Take my friends there for shopping and atmosphere.
