The experience we had exceeded our expectations, we came to Alexi for our wedding bands to get it done. I got my wedding ring customized, similar to my engagement ring, which Alexi made possible. I chose Pure Diamond based on the amazing reviews and I can tell you that all of the kind words and praise are 100% true. Alexei is very knowledgable, kind and patient. He showed us stones in our price range and build a beautiful radiant cut, pave set ring of my dreams, as a 20th anniversary gift from my husband. We have since also re-made my wedding band to match and I couldn't love it more. We had an incredible experience purchasing the ring from Alexei. From the moment we met him we knew he was very genuine and knowledgeable about diamonds. I was quite indecisive and he was able to walk me through the 4Cs and the two shapes I was struggling with to figure out what I really wanted. He checked in on us to see if he could do anything to make the decision easier and worked within our budget as well. He was very honest about the process and what's necessary and not necessary when purchasing a diamond. His customer service skills are a 10/10. He tries his best to ensure that you walk away with exactly what you want. He got the ring made quite fast and made the entire process as easy as it could be. The ring exceeded any expectations we could've had. It is so beautiful and all my friends and family have pointed out how white and sparkly the diamond is. We will not be going to anyone other than Alexei for any of our diamond purchases in the future! He is truly the best at what he does.
I came across Alexei and Pure Diamond while searching for a ring for my 10th anniversary! Alexei was kind enough to schedule an appointment at the earliest and when we met him, he took his time to explain and educate us about the diamonds. I was so appreciative of his customer service that we decided to go ahead with him after meeting two other custom ring jewellers big names for whom we were just another clients. He is super responsive and would text me back answering my queries almost at the same time or within a couple of hours. From a pricing standpoint, he was pretty straightforward and provided us with a breakdown from the very beginning. Alexei went above and beyond to source an amazing Diamond within our desired budget and carat and was still the most reasonable amongst the other two jewellers. We had a few changes to the design at the rendering stage but he never complained and was happy to include the changes whenever I requested them. Overall, I am so happy to have found a genuine person who equally gets excited to custom make jewellery for every single client of his!! He is a power bank of knowledge when it comes to diamonds!! And I look forward to getting more custom pieces from him in the near future!!
Alexei was great, very accommodating and professional. Booked me in for a consultation right away. He has a large selection of diamonds for every budget. Also, never tried to up sell me after I gave him my budget for an engagement ring. There was also no pressure to buy from him, he's happy to share information about diamonds to make sure you're making the best decision on your purchase. He was very passionate about the diamonds he selects, and worked with my fiancee to design her perfect custom ring. The design process and build of my CUSTOM ring took only 2 weeks, but Alexei can also do rush orders if you need it faster. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great diamond ring or wedding band.
Alexei is amazing. He's informative and knowledgeable about all things diamonds and rings. Alexei helped design the engagment ring I used to propose to my fiance. She absolutely loved the design. Alexei really knows how tell the quality of a diamond. He was able to help me get the ring by the proposed date that I needed it for! He's able to answer any questions you have, reassure you about the diamond you've chosen and help you with any problems that may arise. I would go to Alexei for any of your diamond needs. You must buy your engagement ring from Alexei. My now-husband met with him to get a ring custom-made. With Alexei, he was able to get a bigger diamond with better cut, color and clarity for LESS than the other stores he inquired at. The best part is that it wasn’t just some design sitting in display that they just adjust to your size. The ring, setting, prongs, everythinggg is customized and unique to the recipient’s liking… perfection! Why would you go any other route?
