We have had such a great experience working with Monika, she is professional, very responsive, honest, diligent, and really puts her clients first. We first went to her for re-sizing an engagement ring, where she spent the time to discuss with us and provide more information, and determine the exact adjustments to be made. She also provided a cleaning service and ensured we had a look at/confirm the GIA number. Since we had such a positive interaction, we later went straight to her for consult on wedding bands. She provided us honest feedback after taking the time to understand what we were looking for. She custom-made my wedding band to match my engagement ring in both size, fit, quality, and look - and did a FANTASTIC job. Monika was very considerate of and flexible within my budget range, very much demonstrating that she is client-oriented and goes that extra mile to make people happy with the product and the process. She also provided honest feedback to my husband on the style of ring he wanted, and even gave him advice on where to get it, what to look for in terms of quality and make, and offered to work with him to re-size or adjust in the future if needed. About a week out from our wedding day, Monika also provided a speedy cleaning and polishing service for the engagement ring, where we dropped it and picked it up all within 2 hours. Monika is reliable, engaged, a hard-worker, and looks out for her clients - we have only good things to say about her and her business, and will continue to go back to her in the future!
Monika was fabulous to work with—an absolute professional who goes above and beyond. The quality of my ring is excellent, and was completed within two weeks. We were in a rush for our wedding and she made everything painless. The value for money of my ring is greater than what I would have to find through an online store or other jewelers in the city.
