We have been going to the Marysville office since my oldest son was 12 months (he is now 4.5 & my other son is almost 2) and have always had a good experience. Today  we went to their new Stanwood office for a check up. The office looks amazing! And everyone there was super nice and welcoming. My oldest boy was pretty nervous and everyone there was so great with him; he was at ease within a minute! If your looking for a children's dentist I would highly recommend this office or any of there other locations!

I would recommend Dr. Lugo for a children's dentist in the area.  The Marysville office is super clean and fun for kids.  The Lake Stevens office is a big older/not much in the way of "fun" waiting room stuff and it is quite small.  The staff is friendly at both offices.  The first three years (6 appointments) I saw many different dentists.  Now I know to ask for Dr. Lugo when scheduling (challenging, but worth it as they all work at different offices on different days).  

One of the dentists I had was pretty condescending and assumed things about my parenting that I didn't appreciate during our two checkup appointments.  If you're a dentist focused only on teeth I understand where you are coming from, but when you are a mom life is full of a million choices and priorities.  That being said, we saw that same dentist in an emergent situation and they were wonderful, kind, and very competent so I appreciate that very much.

I appreciate how good Dr. Lugo is with the kids and also that he can talk to grown ups (sometimes a difficult combination to find).  He is good about not "overtreating" and causing kiddo trauma/costing a million extra dollars. He is knowledgeable and doesn't get frustrated if I ask questions to help understand my options.  He also takes state and NAVY insurance I believe (at least they used to), which is really quite gracious and most dentists won't, as they don't reimburse much for services.

Overall I recommend Dr. Lugo and his staff to my friends and family needing a children's dentist.

Puget Sound Pediatric Dentistry is absolutely the best pediatric dental practice! My kids have been patients there for three years now. I would not go elsewhere. We have visited them at two of their locations and their staff has been so welcoming, polite and helpful at both. The staff works hard to make their patients feel comfortable. Dr. Lugo is fantastic and hilarious. I wish he could be MY dentist. My kids love their dental visits.

The kids love it! They always get great service and toys, so they love going. The staff is nice and friendly. I have always had easy smooth visits. Both kids look forward to going back. They love picking out a stuffed animal to share the time with and watch a movie while they get worked on. My son knocked out his tooth twice and they got him right in a fixed his tooth both times. I wish i had a dentist this cool! :-)

Excellent with children!! Our first visit today and it was amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The kids loved the doctor and the office ladies! My daughter had Barbie glasses on and was watching a movie. She now has "princess teeth" she is showing to everyone!!! Really can't say enough wonderful things about this office. Don't hesitate to take your kids...they will love it!
