I ordered flowers for a funeral, I accidentally put the wrong delivery date when I submitted the order. I reached out to PSF & they quickly corrected my mistake, delivered on time, and even sent a picture of the flowers that were delivered. I am so impressed with the service I received from Puget Sound Floral. I placed my order through their website, which was very easy to navigate. I loved that they had an option to order a stuffed animal, too, as the arrangement was for a mom in the hospital. Her little child will be comforted and like getting something, too, when he comes to visit. 
What was most impressive is that they sent me a picture of my arrangement, which looked EXACTLY like what I ordered online (in my experience this is not the norm) with the teddy bear tucked in the box by the flowers. I was so glad for the reassurance that my friend got what I paid for. Thanks for the excellent service, Puget Sound Floral. Your website is awesome!

I can't say enough about the great job Jennifer did with our wedding flowers.  She has a total can-do attitude and went the extra mile to make sure things were perfect.  She is a joy to work with.  Thank you, Jennifer!!
