Blitz & Co Florist

I live in Colorado, and needed a corsage and matching boutonnière for a small wedding ceremony in Tacoma, so ordered over the phone. Sarah was the person I spoke to and she was very helpful. The flowers were ready at the scheduled pick up time and were absolutely beautiful. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Blitz to anyone, either local or otherwise. So I ordered flowers to be delivered, but I also needed a cup of hot coco to be delivered with them to give it that extra something. Blitz & Co totally took care of me, picked up the coco, and delivered the flowers within a matter of hours. Thanks B & C you have no idea how much that little extra helped brighten their day. I'd totally recommend this floral company to anybody looking for flowers in the Puget Sound.

Terrible customer service skills. My flowers were not delivered on time and two days later I still haven't received them. When I asked to speak to a manager the young lady hung up on me. The manager made an excuse for her hanging up on me and did not once apologized for her associate. They didn't even bother to contact me until two days later even though I left two voicemails on the 14th but said they didn't get it but even though they had my flowers on the 15th they didn't bother to call myself or my husband about the flowers along with the other things that they ordered. Very disappointed
