Public Storage

The elevator did not work when I moved my belongings into storage. I was charged an extra 15.00 dollars one month because they entered my credit card number incorrectly. I confirmed this with my credit card company in front of the manager but they refused to refund my 15.00 dollars. They said they sent me an email about the " problem" but they did not. They called my boyfriend instaed of me to tell him my card did not work. They were very condescending towards me. Terrible service. I would move my belongings out if it wasn't so expensive to do so. They have lots of units. I suggest anyone who uses this facility should look for additional charges on their accounts in case they are trying to do this in this way or other ways to steal money from unsuspecting clients.

Just rented a locker today, staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!!! I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage !!

Super nice bilingual staff who stayed late setting up our contract. Good location right off the highway and near Canadian Tire, Rona, etc.

I rent a storage and a parking. Customer service was excellent and very quick to arrange everything the day I was moving. The elevator for storage at the second floor works perfectly fine and the loading zone is big enough to easily park a moving truck and unload everything there.
