Was turned away without explanation after waiting an hour to get to the counter! The worker took my documents gave them a quick glance folded them back up slid them back and said I’d have to go to another SAAQ.
Came to JUST make an appointment. Arrived before 16:50. Door’s locked.
Every time I go to this place, they give me the run around. Lack of communication and the rules seem to change depending on who you get behind the counter.
Fast and friendly service. Both times I've been here there was zero wait. Also I had no problem speaking English and the staff were very accommodating. I would recommend this SAAQ location over all the others.
Very effecient and courteous employees - EXCELLENT service overall! I've been to other SAAQs and none of them come close to level of service these guys offer. Do yourself a favour, go to this SAAQ if you have to get something car related done. I can't say enough about the professionalism of these employees! Well done!
Me and a line of people have been waiting outside the place to get in, I’ve waited for 35 minutes before I decided to leave. Nobody was going in or out and it says they’re open from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We also saw a lady come out of it, lock the door, then leave. People there weren’t raised right.
Light years faster than the Saaq on St. Jo and much more polite as well. Lines can get long but looks worse than it seems due to the small space. Compared to the Saaq, where the line can go out the door despite the relatively large waiting area, I'd rather this location. Nice work!
