I would like to share a great experience. Front of the office desk Del went above and beyond to help me get my storage unit and information the day of getting one. Even though there was complications with a transaction and info. Del managed to make everything work and told me it’s okay as long I brought the necessary things the next day, Betty was as much helpful as well. You don’t get good and trust worthy service to often. Today my bank kept messing up my transactions and would not allow my charges to go through. I had to go home to get another credit card in rush hour/construction traffic. This was at 5:30pm. Public Self Storage closes at 6pm. Betty was awesome because she waited for me to come back. It was about 6:11pm when I finally go back. And, she helped me load my purchases in my car!! Thank you, thank you Betty!!!

Betty was cordial, helpful, and a consummate professional. She got me the best discounts and answered all of my concerns and questions. Superb service!!!
