GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ANYWHERE EXCEPT A PUBLIC STORAGE. This place is horrible. They don't care about their customers all they care about is their money. If you need to call customer service, they will not call you back and when you escalate it higher the "manager" is just incredibly rude!

Robbin did a great job at showing us the unit! She had a great attitude and made the visit enjoyable! Very friendly, fast and efficient!

Please READ!! This place is a scam and uses false advertised pricing scheme to get you in. They force you to buy a less than $5 lock (I checked) for $19 dollars. Next, after they take you to locker to see it, try to convince you that you need to purchase their overpriced plastic tarps. Next, the final straw is that they also force (Mandatory) an $11 insurance fee per month. None of these hidden fees or tricks were listed on my move in sheet. That is not a good ethical business practice by any means. Anyone else experience this or care to add? This needs to be known!

Robbin did such an amazing job showing us our storage unit. She answered many questions efficiently and made the whole transaction easy and stress free :)
