We are storage "virgins" and were very impressed. The $1 for the first month is true. The staff we dealt with were amazing. Their names were Tiffany and Mark. Thank you for a great first experience.

Staff was rude, very rude. Would not explain why I needed their insurance other than it was their policy. Someone tampered with my lock and was unable to access my property they did not investigate who it was or when it happened. Quoted over 1 weeks time to have someone from their staff cut the lock so I could move out of my home. Honestly I don't know if they are all like this but DO NOT GO HERE! IF you can deal with Mark alone you might be all right but good luck!
