North Star Mini Storage

I've used storage on a few occasions but nothing has compared to the quality of service I received at North Star. The manager Mike helped me determine the appropriate size for my needs (he actually talked me out of a space that was much larger than I needed) and explained the benefits of climate-controlled storage over cold-storage, which I had no idea about. The facility is clean and well-kept unlike my previous experiences at other storage facilities.The security is above and beyond what I've come to expect from a storage place. Individual alarms offer me piece of mind. All of this with prices that are as good or better than the other nearest options I researched. I recommend North Star to anyone that asks about storage.

Rented here years ago and had a good experience so I came back today as I was putting my father in assisted living and needed to store some of his belongings. Signing up took less than 10 minutes. Everything went fast and smooth. Mike, the guy in the office, made this and my previous rental pain free. Great service and convenient location.

I had never used self-storage before and was blown away by the quality and security of the facility in Shoreview; I had no idea a storage facility would be so modern and high-tech. The level of customer service I received that exceeded my expectations. The manager, Mike quickly helped me determine the amount of space I required as I had no idea and also gave me some pointers on how to maximize my use of the space. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, what more could you ask for? I could not be happier with my experience thus far. Thanks, Mike and thanks North Star Mini Storage.

Very pleasant and helpful servive. Units are well kept. Easy a access even for a large truck. Grounds casually kept but no obvious hazards. Climate control available. Expanding facilities.

Decent storage place with climate controlled storage units. Staff could be a bit friendlier but you hardly interact with them so who cares?
