The staff is really nice and helpful. Explained us the full process and made it soo easy for us. We were really tensed about our vehicle repairs but they did a wonderful job. Garry is really good with communication booked us rental and we couldnt pick up our vehicle on weekday so Jas and garry made arrangements to give us our vehicle over weekend. Our car looks like new. Thankyou. And i would highly recommend public autobody if you guys want to get your vehicle fixed.

Don't USE THE SERVICES of this repair shop. Here're some cautions that you should take based on our experience: 1. Make sure that you video record and/or write down whatever you discuss to be done. The owner and staff are skilled at denying. We visited the shop at least 10 times to ask questions before selecting it to do the job. Our calls were returned only about 2 times. It's unfortunate that we ignored this vital sign of poor responses. 2. What we agreed to wasn't done! 3. When we came to pick up the Lexus, we paid and insisted on reading the repair notes before signing off. They refused. 4. The car battery was dead so we refused to sign and take the car. How can you sign off for a car that won't start? 5. We instructed and insisted before work was started to call us and show us the old damaged body part that was removed. They did not. I had to make a surprise visit to take pictures of the repair in progress. 6. We requested to see the damaged body part at the end but they refused. 7. We maintened video records but these didn't prevent the bad experience. 8. This repair shop CANNOT be trusted!!!Services: Body & Trim

Wayne made the repair process for my vehicle so easy! I had a cracked bumper from being rear ended and the repair was done in one day! They also thoroughly detailed my car, I really didn’t expect that but was pleasantly surprised. Amazing service here!

Highly recommend this company. Wayne was excellent! He looked after us arranging the quote, the body work, even the car rental. Service was flawless. Did everything in the time they said. Body and paint work was exceptional. We have pearl paint on our vehicle which is challenging - the repair is flawless, like factory original. We brought Public Auto Body an after-market fibre glass hood to paint for our new Trackhawk. The hood was a bit warped. It had chips, scratches, and gouges from a forklift during shipping, and needed a lot of rough areas re-sanded. There was a lot of build imperfections. Well, Public did an INCREDIBLE job adjusting things so that the hood fit almost perfectly. They spent 2 days sanding and fixing all the damage and imperfections. They did a fantastic job with the prep. And OMG, they did a beautiful job with the paint! We are SO happy with their work, their care and attention, and their friendliness. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Pics are new hood. Sorry 2 pics are the same but don't know how to remove one
