Very bad.. long waiting time.. guy on reception always say mechanis on their break So u have to wait for couple of hours bad experience

I sent my vehicle there for a check up and finally I have decided to not repair due to the cost they said. My vehicle was there for 4 days and after my wife went to bringing it with a towing truck. The towing truck driver was noticed that, catalytic converter is missing and informed it to my wife. When my wife went them and asked about it, they gave it to her and said, due to the higher amount of catalytic converter theft in Edmonton area, they have removed and kept secure. It is understandable. But why they have NOT informed to us before removing it from our non drivable vehicle? At least they should inform us at the time we were towing our vehicle from their shop. But they didn't. My wife was really scary with that experience with this place. :

Worst experience. I wish I could give 0 ratings. We took our car there because it was showing all the warning signs and they told us that it will take one day to fix it. Because they needed to order the part so we said okay and we received a call from the lady saying that the part has been delivered and we can leave our car there. So we left the car there and than she told us that they will call us when it’s ready. We came back home and next day we haven’t received any call, so at the end of the day we called them to get an update and the receptionist said that it will take another day . Another day passed by and no phone call or update. We called again and this time we were told that they couldn’t fix the car and the mechanic has somehow worsen the issue and it’s not even starting up now. And they’ve sent it to the dealership . We asked if they sent it to the ford dealership they said yes it’s at the Koch ford . And we told them that we will call ford and ask about the situation than immediately the person said no no it’s at another autobody shop. This was so frustrating because it was the third day now and they didn’t even bother to call us to let us know what’s happening. They offered us a car for meanwhile but told us to put our number plate on it. When we told them that it is illegal they said everybody does that . So we refused that offer. The person was saying that he can’t fix the car so either we can take the car the way it is or we can sue him. Next day the person called again and told us that the towed our car and left it at the actual ford Koch location. And he said that he’s out of the mess now. It was almost 4 days of nothing and worsening our situation and car. The mechanic who was trying to fix our car had no idea what he was doing and they told us later that they never worked with a ford vehicle before. We were like omg you could’ve just told us earlier that you won’t be able to fix it and we have gone somewhere else. My husband drives Uber on that car so it was our way of earning and he was home for almost 2 weeks because of this situation.the ford took another week, but was communicating with usIt was the worst experience ever. Please save your time by not going there.

I like their service. They are a bit expensive than some of the places, I know. But I have peace of mind when I get my repairs done from CJ Auto. Nindy the owner is very friendly and straight forward. My recent visit was to get my fender redone and they not only matched the color to exactly the color of my vehicle but also gave me life time warranty of re matching if I feel the difference anytime in future.

I regret going to this shop. I came in with my my trailer hitch wiring not outputting the proper signals. I needed to pick up a trailer rental to move across the country the next day. I asked the shop about this and they said they could do it for an hour labour plus any parts. They ended up charging me 2 hours labour $220 and said it was a quick fix but I should be able to make my trip. Seemed like a lot to me but OK fine as long it works. But I go to pick up the trailer and the brake lights do not work. My whole moving schedule was thrown off. I went back to the shop and they told me they didn't say it would work for sure. Then why did I pay them?! If you don't know how to do a job don't take it. I went to another shop that replaced the module $70 parts and charged half an hour labour. They said the hack job this shop did took less than 15 minutes and there was no physical way it could have worked. $220 for nothing and half a day of waiting around was all I got from CJ auto.

I have a very good experience with CJ Auto. My car was involved in an accident and the insurance company gave me an upper limit to get it fixed. I got quotes from 10 different shops from different parts of the city and CJ auto was not only the lowest one, but also the manager was very professional and precise. I got my car yesterday after it was fixed at CJ Auto. The repair is excellent. Given, the low quote, I expected that I will get a modest repair, but this is not true. The repair was really EXCELLENT and the car looks like a new car. You cannot even tell that it has been involved in an accident. I am really satisfied with the service, the team and the price. You will not find a better service.

Fair price. They provide good service. I been there one time with my friend. The guy at desk helped us. They repaired car. They charge very fair. Good customer service.
