Story

Provisions is a small 25 seat restaurant located in Outremont, Quebec.

We have a long bar that runs the length of the restaurant in front of an open kitchen, two small tables for 2 and one large table for 8.

We offer seasonal, local, market fresh cuisine. Instead of a menu, we create 5 course tasting menus everyday from our market fresh ingredients. Price per person is $60.

The format is casual and laid back - 2 appetizers, 2 mains and 1 dessert (typically served family style). We try to accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions. Just let us know in advance.

The best meal I have EVER had in life! I was with a group of five guys on vacation in Montreal and we stumbled upon this restaurant and ordered the five course meal. Each meal had excellent presentation and tasted so unbelievably good. All the other guys I was with agreed it was the best meal (or at the very least among the very best) we have ever had. Paul, Pablo, and Hakim were extremely friendly and were gracious hosts. If I am ever back in Montreal this is the first place I will go for my meal. EXTREMELY recommended!

Great meal. Love that what you get is a surprise! Also it is worth noting that they happily took care of any dietary restrictions we had.

Fiercely expensive for a very tempting concept that falls flat. Food was okay for this level; General provisions in Portland, Maine does it better at half the price. Left with a much lighter wallet and a not very full belly.

Cannot recommend this amazing spot highly enough! Two foodies traveling from NYC and we opted for the eight course tasting menu and were blown away. It was an incredible journey of fresh, creative and carefully designed dishes. Paced perfectly, personal and intimate service from the staff. Every detail from wine suggestions, to mise en place, to complimentary treats and more was perfect. If you are in Montreal this is THE destination for a memorable meal.
