This app has works well for me. I work shift work, which means having a personal trainer and booking appointments is not possible. The price is more than reasonable, I get 3+ workouts for the price of one. I have bad knees and recovering from injuries, she has understood and worked with me to strengthen my muscles. If I didn't understand the exercise, the videos provided are very helpful. All the workouts so far have worked out all the different muscles in the body, the muscles that I had no idea existed.  I love the idea that anytime I have to chat with Becky, she is there. Thank you for making me stronger in just one month.

Absolutely Loved the results that I acheieved in just 1 week. Lorne has been awesome to workwith and I cant wait to see what the next week brings. Great workouts easy to follow. And lesss stress.. Love it!!! Lorne thank you for that extra push to get my body and health back.

I first started just to encourage Becky's (my sister-in-law) new project. I totally felt in love with with the program. The app is so easy and simple to use! Becky went above and beyond with my workout routine and totally kicked my a**. Now that I am pregnant, she said she will be happy to modify my workouts when I will need to. She is really professional in what she does and I can tell she is passionate with her job. Thank you Becky for what you do. You are amazing!!!

I was able to stay on track and keep motivated because of the support my personal trainer gave me. She was so knowledgeable and gave me so much information to carry forward with me. The custom workouts were awesome and I just want to add again that the support was phenomenal. I highly recommend provisions athletics!

I did the free week trial and I loved my experience with Becky. I gained tons of information in just the one week. Having Becky there whenever I needed her was great, she was very supportive and knowledgeable. I loved that my workouts were tailored specifically to me and they were adjusted to my preference as we went along. I will definately be continuing my experience with provision athletics!
