Great service and selection of quality products. Bought a pair of Australian made Redback work boots from them and they are the best thing I've ever put on my feet. Also good to support a local Island company.
For many years our family has purchased shoes from Proude's. They are a fabulous, customer-centered, family owned business that truly reaches out with their hearts to serve their community. On my most recent visit, Carol assisted me with finding a perfect pair of slippers for a family member. She educated me on the different options, helped me select the perfect pair and used all her patience and kindness to ensure that we got exactly what we need! With their dedication to their customers, superior quality product and a team of wonderful people to ensure exceptional customer service, it's no surprise that I'm proud to be a Proude's customer!
Went with my wife who is recovering from a stroke. We parked in the handicapped spot, right in front, and slowly walked into the store. We were treated very nicely by a kind and thoughtful lady clerk and found the right footwear. They were even at a 20% discount. A great experience and a good Occupational Therapy workout.
My first visit to Proudes and I was so impressed with the product Icers XT, the store’s appearance and the staff, who directed me efficiently, professionally and pleasantly. I saw many more products to explore on my next trip.
My experience in this store is one of staff completely ignoring me while I looked at work boots. I did have questions, but when I looked at the staff they were over in a corner talking to their friend. Things looked to be a bit overpriced anyway. Only boots made overseas. Fix your sign.

Stopped in today to get a new pair of scandals , the place was very busy , the man that waited on me was very smart , and knew his stuff , he explained every thing to me , excellent customer service , I will definitely be back
Your store is very nice and the workers are friendly a d will to help at any time . I'm not the type of person to be complaining about a sign .keep up the great work at proud shoes .
