Project Gigglewater

Rotating curated menu of craft cocktails and small plates. The menu is well thought out and executed, with noticeable attention put into preparation and flavour combinations of both the cocktails and dishes. We sat on the patio which offered a laid back feel and city sound ambiance. Menu is reasonably priced and service was fast, friendly, and accommodating. Great spot for a date or small get together with friends.

Great cocktails, relaxed atmosphere, and attentive/ great service! We got a couple drinks and some of their food. Popcorn chicken came out and it was unswallowably salty. We told our server and he pleasantly switched out for us with no issue. And the second one came out just perfect. Crispy, hot, and juicy. Try their big Mac spring rolls! It’s funny how it tastes exactly like it or better in a spring roll form Would love to go back:

Excellent and well crafted cocktails. Superb service even though it was very busy. Alfred and Roy were very personable and will take requests. No wonder your bar made the top 21 best bars list in Toronto list by Foodism Magazine. Congratulations guys and well deserved!

Excellent vibes. Cozy and intimate spot to sit down with a small group and have some drinks and food. The staff here is super nice too. A very strong recommend for anyone in the area.

First time visiting. It will not be the last. Good Christmas-themed cocktails and decent food, but the atmosphere and vibe is what makes this place special. Super fun decor - they went all out with the Christmas theme. The whole bar - walls, tables, everything - is wrapped in wrapping paper! Hilarious. And the staff are exceptional. Everyone one of them was friendly, charming, and fun. Rosalia and Brandon were amazing!

My girlfriends and I were there on a Saturday night around 9pm and were seated right away. We all ordered the Smash Burger and it was delicious! The cocktails were all well flavoured and balanced. The staff was friendly and set a positive & chilled vibe. We will definitely return in the near future.

One of my favourite cocktail bars in the city. I've been 5+ times and drinks always land, friendly service, and beautiful interior. My partner and I went last night and tried their menu which was amazing - red curry rice cakes were our fav & the big Mac spring rolls.

Waited 30 min, drink was super boozey but not the worst and came with a piece of banana bread, which I appreciated. I was didppinted by the lack of hot drinks, I was hoping for an egg not or hot chocolate of sort. We ordered the bread and butter. The butter didn’t have honey or truffle as stated on the menu, but bread was delicious.

Stumbled upon this place and I must say that it was such a find. Cute spot with a nice ambiance, and it would make for a good date spot! The cocktails were very delish, and they have late night snacks too! Will definitely visit again.

My first time at Gigglewater was impressive and I will definitely be back. I was reluctant to go to a cocktail bar, because I was trying to go booze-free for the month. The bartender whipped me up the most incredible virgin cocktail. The atmosphere inside is perfect for a date night, low lights dimmed precisely to match the glow of the candlelight. And the Smash burger was TO. DIE. FOR! Never thought that one of my fave burger & fries combos in the city would come from Project Gigglewater , but indeed it does. This place will not disappoint. Can't wait to go back!
