This office completely exceeded my expectations with a dental office. The kind, caring and reassuring staff made the very unpleasant condition I had, a very positive and actually pleasant experience!! I would HIGHLY recommend Progressive Dental to anyone of my family or friends that are in need of anything from an acute condition like I had, to general dentistry etc. A big shout out Nadine and Danielle in the office for being so kind to me and a HUGE shout out to Samantha and Dr Marcus for their top notch care, compassion and knowledge!! They all made a very positive impression on me and got me through my procedure with no issues. I would not trust my dental care and needs to anyone else!!! I am actually looking forward to my follow up appointments and continued care with Progressive Dental!!

I absolutely love Progressive Dental! I always get so nervous when I have to go to the dentist. Everyone at Progressive is so welcoming and they all go out of their way to make. Me feel comfortable. They take their time, explain everything that they are going to do, and are incredibly gentle. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist. Dr. Kim has been wonderful! I recommend them 100%!

I am so amazingly grateful for the care my mom received from the team at Progressive Dental. Dr Franklin and his staff were extremely kind, patient and professional from the moment I called to schedule a new patient appointment up until the time we checked out. If anyone is looking for a new dental provider, you will not be disappointed in this office!

Dr. Franklin is an absolute all star. Went in for a root canal. Easily the best dental experience of my life. Paige was an amazing assistant and her trainer was also amazing. Zero pain. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly highly recommend this practice!!!!

Broke a partial plate that was made years ago at another dental office. This occurred at 7:45 AM 2 weeks ago. I called Progressive a little after 8 AM and they were able to get me in at 9 AM. The dental assistant assessed the damage to the partial plate and advised me that they could make the necessary repairs. I was surprised when he told me that their lab would be able to get it done that morning. An hour and half later I was notified that it was done. It fit perfectly without any adjustments. A great experience and friendly, professional staff.

Logan, Dr Blanchard and KayTe are amazing they always make my kids feel comfortable in the office. My son has hated the dentist because of a bad experience at another place when he was younger. Since going to Progressive Dental he doesn’t mind going and it’s so much smoother going. They are always so nice and the atmosphere is always very relaxing and enjoyable.

I have had dental anxiety since I was a kid, avoiding it as long as possible. The time came my teeth needed care. The assistants and dentists themselves were so sweet and understanding of my fears and made it so painless to get work done and set up. They even helped me when I had insurance issues to get in contact with my insurance. They have been a life saver here at Progressive Dental and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Been going here for a while now, needed a good bit of work done. All of the people from the doctors to hygienists to the receptionist are all so friendly and generally happy. I had no dental work done for 15 years or so because of my fear of dentists, but finally needed to have teeth pulled and filled and these guys have made me much less anxious and afraid of getting dental work done. I’ve been both to the Binghamton and Endicott locations and both are great.

Another fabulous cleaning at Progressive Dental! Today, I saw Shannon and Dr. Blanchard, who are amazing. I highly recommend them, as well as every other doctor and hygienist at Progressive. Such a great team!

Had a very nice visit today. I normally go to endwell office but for scheduling reason went to Binghamton today. The staff was so warm and welcoming I was very relaxed and my hygienist made for a very comfortable cleaning. Dentist followup check also put me at ease. If ever I was to switch offices this is were I would go.
