ProFitness Northwest and 10 Point CrossFit

When I started working with Chad at age sixty, my goal was to gain strength and stay active the rest of my life. Having done lots of group classes and exercise machines, free weights were a real challenge for me. With Chad's patience and encouragement I have achieved my goals, but it is an ongoing process. I highly recommend Pro Fitness Northwest. A great gym with great energy and people. Fun to be part of such a positive exercise environment! It's a very important part of of my life.

Everyday that I go I find that I'm not looking forward to it at first because all I really want to do is relax. But afterwards I always feel better because I accomplished something and/or I learned something new. The benefits of going are enormous, so much so that I kick myself when I miss classes. I've been going since I was 6.

I have now been training with Chad for 8 years. Though my priorities change, my work schedule becomes more hectic, Chad is there to alter my training routine to suit my needs, keep me accountable and keep me motivated. Whether you are an athlete or never worked out a day in your life, a student or a business professional working 50+ hours a week, old or young. I would strongly recommend you talk to Chad at ProFitness Northwest and start achieving your goals.

I have never experienced a more welcoming Crossfit gym than ProFitness Northwest. The coaches are excellent and prepared to accommodate all fitness and experience levels. Long-term health and movement integrity are top priorities at ProFitness Northwest, which I really appreciate. I look forward to every class!

Pro Fitness is one of the best facilities that I have had the privilege of training at. Great crossfit programming for everyone from beginner to the more advanced in a well equipped, exceptionally clean gym. A welcoming atmosphere and community that also offers crossfit, jujitsu and yoga classes for everyone. Get down there!!!
