I decided to try out Barre3 to get over my anxiety of trying new things. I did my first class on Monday with Katie and it was the best decision ever, she was so sweet. She introduced me to the whole class and made me feel much more comfortable. Even the people in the class were so welcoming, I'm definitely going to book more classes in the future : Overall the class itself was also very challenging but I thoroughly enjoyed it and everyone was super encouraging.
The instructors and staff at Barre3 are amazing! The workouts and the music they time them to are incredibly fun and motivating! I have low back issues and the instructors are always checking in and offering different variations for me to try. I really appreciate their instruction!
I have had a great experience at Barre3. Feeling empowered to do hard work with only the power of your body is the best feeling ever. Whether you are interested in going daily or every so often, it is a good reminder of how strong we can be. I love it and you will too!
Barre is such a great workout, I’m able to target those muscles that I don’t normally hit. The instructors are all really welcoming and engaging. What I love the most is the inclusive community. As a newbie to Barre, I’ve never felt like I don’t belong there and that’s part of what keeps me coming back!
Their website boasts that Barre3 Bellingham is "building a community based on body positivity and inclusivity" and when you attend a class, you really believe it! I feel so welcome at Barre3 which is important for anyone, but especially if you're a fat person like me! I've only taken Lauren's class because I just happened to choose her class my first time, and I felt like I hit the instructor lottery! She's incredibly uplifting, empowering, and keeps it real. She offers alternatives to postures and pushes you but not in a way that is intimidating. Lauren is absolutely the reason I keep coming back! Overall the class is difficult, it really pushes my limits, but I come out feeling stronger every time. I like how clean the facility is, it's really well equipped, and it even has a nice view. Everyone who works there has been kind, and I've only been to one class that felt crowded, otherwise it's pretty spaced out and there's plenty of room for everyone. I absolutely recommend this place!
Barre3 Bellingham is by far one of the best Barre studios I’ve been to. It’s a beautiful facility with two studios to accommodate more classes which creates an ease between classes. Additionally, the staff are so friendly! I immediately felt welcome and at home for my first class…Its truly an inspiring and welcoming vibe. Instructors are great and bring a fun + a really good workout! Love the results in my muscle tone and overall core strength. The only downside is classes get booked up quickly and sometimes the most popular times get waitlisted. I couldn’t recommend Barre3 Bellingham more.
I recently started going to Barre and I am loving it! I have found it is a great way to stay in shape during the off season of hiking. I love the atmosphere of the classes, mix of stretching + indurance. The instructors are welcoming and wonderful.
Don’t get too self conscious about it! I go once or twice a week with my wife just to switch things up. As a guy, it’s a lot different than what I’d do in the gym which is a GOOD THING. Keeping fitness fun is about variety and balanced well being means you should always be stepping a little bit out of your comfort zone! Nice people, fun class. Always a way to modify something to make it work deeper, or easier. You’ll never leave class feeling like you didn’t get a great workout so long as you put the work in!
Tried out a class on a whim and was hooked! The workout is harder than expected. All instructors are wonderful and pick fun music for their class playlists. The facility is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend for women of all sizes and ages!
Barre3 in Bellingham WA is an amazing get your game on experience. The instructors are knowledgeable about the moves and very helpful with accommodations when needed. The upbeat attitudes and kind friendly staff make it a pleasure to head to the studio. I leave feeling strong and refreshed. Thank you
