Excellent service, price and workmanship. Fixed up my shoes and saved me the money of having to buy a new pair! Highly recommend this place! Before and after photos below.

I had my zipper replaced for my purse and it was nicely done. Especially pleased with the blue color zipper which matches with my blue purse. Had the shoes heels done too. Overall I am happy. Highly recommended.

Referrals are everything to a business.  In fact it was the reviews of value and service that brought us to this shop.  Unfortunately our experience was not positive.  There was little dialogue as to what would be done to the shoes we brought in for repair.  There was no dialogue as to  whether or not it would even be worth the fix.  We were quoted the same price (which in hindsight was high) for each relatively simple job.  One set of shoes was still unwearable after the repair.  We were not offered a refund, but were offered an additional repair at a ridiculous cost.  The female at cash, whom I believe was the owner's wife, was in no way customer service oriented on either visit.  I would neither return to nor would I recommend this business.

Nice friendly shop. If you need you belt punched they will do it for free.
