I only realized my car keys were missing when I wanted to get back home. I couldn't find them and to be honest I kind of panicked because lately many cars have been stolen in the area. I was searching long for a professional locksmith I could trust with my home door locks and the overall security of my family and I finally found Whitby Locksmith Service. I am more than pleased with the work and I knew that I will be working with this contractor from the first time I called for lock rekey. The arrival of the technician was immediate and his work was exceptional. Plus, the new key replacement was matching perfectly to the lock and we didn't have any problems. So, I will definitely call back if we need more services in the future.

It hasn't been long since we had the locks replaced and we already had some problems. When I called the contractor that had suggested these locks and installed them, he promised to come and take a look of the problem but he never did. I couldn't take chances with the security of my family and I asked around for another locksmith company. Some friends suggested Whitby Locksmith Service. The tech was in my house the same day I called. He took a look of the locks and informed me that they were not of high quality and not installed properly. I had to pay twice for the same job. At least the service of the Whitby Locksmith Service's technician was excellent, the door locks were great and the charge reasonable.

I unexpectedly moved to my new apartment a day earlier than I expected. This was fine with me but I had an appointment with Whitby Locksmith Service for lock rekey the following day. I didn't trust to stay in the house not even for a night without having the door locks rekeyed and so I called to see if the technician could come earlier. He did come at my own good time, rekeyed the lock in practically minutes, didn't charge me more for the inconvenience I caused and was very polite.
