I had an appointment at the Mount Pearl location last winter for massage therapy. While I was there, I found it hard to relax. There was snow outside and a truck was cleaning the lot. There was constant noise from the truck's back up beeper. That's not what you want to hear when getting a massage. As much as this is not ProActive's fault, I think it's something worth making other clients aware of.

Absolutely amazing front staff. Had an appointment today and they were holding a staff of end for wearing Hawaii attire really brings up the Mood. Techniques that they use or new and Innovative for getting you back on your feet literally I've been suffering from an ankle injury for a long time... For the first time since last August my ankle feels more normal than ever. P.s. this is not the first physiotherapy treatment I have had.

The staff at Proactive Physio in Mount Pearl are amazing!! They are fun, relaxed and they are genuinely nice and care about your progress. I've been going there now for over a year and Vanessa, Tony, Ashley are the best 💕

ProActive Physio is by far the best physiotherapy service I've ever experienced. As an avid hockey player I've had numerous injuries over the years and ProActive Physio is the first place that actually knows how to give out proper exercise for an athlete. Finally, somewhere that understands sports injuries!!!! Just so you know, I did go to the Atlantic Place location, but they do have another location in the Nubody's in Mount Pearl.
