Why Pro Fitness?

Pro Fitness is the perfect place for you to accomplish your fitness goals, whatever they may be. Our goal is to exceed your expectations in every way. That is why we offer you support every step of the way. We offer prospective members a free fitness evaluation, so a personal trainer can give you an idea of where you are at currently and help you set up short term and long term fitness goals. Every 30 days members are offered the option to meet with a personal trainer to track their progress and update their program.

I've been a member at LA Fitness but want to check out what it is like at a smaller gym. I walked into Pro Fitness and was greeted by Nicole who was so awesome!! She showed us the facility which I can say is clean with well kept equipment and also with some fitness equipment I've never seen at LA Fitness. Nicole definitely did her part in letting us know how the gym runs. & the nice thing is you get it at an affordable price with 24  hour access. :)

I’ve been going to Pro Fitness for 3 years now and it doesn’t compare to any other gym memberships I’ve had in the past. The gym is super clean, lots of parking, and their equipment is state-of-the-art machinery. The 24 hour access is a huge deal. I use all of their amenities, steam room, tanning, etc. Don and Nicole are great people and have always provided outstanding customer service.

A small gym, rather expensive for what it is. Probably works best for immediate neighborhood. Otherwise, id go to golds or similar with more space and a pool.

Best thing about this place is it’s never overcrowded. Great equipment, clean and I’ve had ZERO issues with my personal items being stolen. I live in Des Moines but it’s definitely worth the drive.

I tried several times to get in touch with someone regarding a membership, including online calling & even going in person twice but never did get any info or  hear back. Seems like a nice gym too so that was a disappointment.
