Gold's Gym

On of the more serious gyms on the Eastside of Seattle. A handful of pros workout there and it's a great place to achieve your fitness goals. I've trained for multiple competitions at this gym and it's great. Showers are clean, locker room is standard, just got bigger dumbbells (up to 150s) a few months back, bumper plates for Olympic moves, three deadlift platforms. The only downside is say is a few of personal training staff as they just don't seem to have enough experience to adapt to their clients.

Went looking for a gym. Not friendly at front desk in Redmond. Issaquah was better. I found a better deal and friendlier service elsewhere

Promised deal for several months off since my friends and I were joining, did not follow through. Was extremely hard to cancel, continued to email afterwards. Gym wasn't as nice in pictures, one of my friends didn't feel safe going alone.

A no-frills gym, which I like. People in this gym are here to work out, not pose and socialize. I take my teen daughter to work out every weekday, and everyone that works there are so nice to both me and my daughter.

So far I really like the place. Well equipped and clean. Not crowded. Very affordable. Everything you need.
