I think the dentists are great. However and I don't want to sound mean I would prefer if they were not singing out loud in my face while they do their job on my teeth, it just makes me uncomfortable and I feel like they might be distracted singing so the work turns a bit rough I do have some residual pain in my cheek . But the service is great and in general a really good clinic!

HIGHLY recommend. This is a well maintained clean clinic. Dr. Ko cares about you, not how fancy to make the place to charge an arm or a leg or maybe a tooth for. Staff is extremely friendly nice and welcoming environment. I have recommended many friends and workers to see him. He patiently explains all options and talks to you as a friend. Has never ever overcharged me, better yet does free adjustments if needed, luckily have never had to go back more than once for same thing. Best patient care I ever have. I'm glad I came here! Did I mention direct billing?

They’ve messed up with my fillings a few times recently, but they used to do great work before. The staff is really nice, and helpful. Their environment is also aesthetically pleasing and doesn’t have a strong dental smell.

They didn't send off my paper work for my dental insurance after he told me it would take 4 weeks so I waited in pain for 4 weeks to find out nothing was done. Plus they are more expensive then other dentists I've been to in the area and to top it off their tools area looked dirty.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming! Has a clean, welcoming environment. The one dentist even sings while he works on your teeth, which I found super calming and relaxing. Young and knowledgeable staff who are up to date with the newest dental practices

I would definitely recommend Prince Rupert Dental to anyone looking for a new dental care provider! As someone who dreads going to the dentist, and has had lots of previous dental work completed, I can say that I felt at ease and positive about returning to this office after my initial check-up. One of the most positive experiences I’ve had at a dental office in years!

Quick and easy to book appointments they always get you in so fast. The workers are so polite and friendly never an issue with billing or services. Overall amazing service and clean dental clinic. Highly recommend to anyone!

This Dental Clinic was by far one of the best experiences of my life not only did I obtain an incredible hygiene from the Advice given by the employees, but they also handled me very well and took very good care of business!
