Google should have negative ratings with those poop emoticons as negative scaling because that is just what PP would be- 💩. They are quick to accuse and fine you but when it comes to questions concerning your unit or bylaws they become absent and diffuse responsibility. There is no upkeep or maintenance what so ever so, do not worry, your condo fees are going to great use!...💩💩💩

If you want to hire out a property management company that will take your money, and do nothing with it, then this is the property management company for you! Just went all winter without having my sidewalk properly cleared, which then turned to ice which was not even removed. TERRIBLE COMPANY PLEASE AVOID!!!!!

I have rented from this company for the last 3 years. I know that the company itself went through some changes and during that transition there were some problems but now that the company is in the right hands I am completely happy again. I have moved to two different properties that they manage simply because I have been treated with respect and kindess always.

These people do not care about maintaining their properties. We waited a month in the cold for them to fix our furance. Their repair on our toliet was horrible. Do not rent from these slum lords

This company is horrible, as well as the owner of the property that I rented from. The house was poorly maintained and when it came to utility payments, the company accused me of non-payment. The company would ask me to pay them directly. They could not prove my apparent "non-payment" of utilities. Very unprofessional and I would advise renters to do their research before moving in with these slum lords.
