I got the family combo, the chicken and beef was extremely dry and had little flavor. The potatoes were also very dry and I don't think they put seasonings on them. I have been a customer in the past and I deeply enjoyed the flavor, I am not sure if it's a change of ownership or just a bad night. I was deeply disappointed was the product that was produced.

Had shared a family combo and I must say I was NOT impressed. The chicken was dry as if it had all the moisture sucked out of it and as well as hard. Potatoes had 0 flavour following a very sad portion of salad.

Hands down my favourite place to get a shawarma! They always get my order perfect, and are never shy on my sweet sauce!!! I’ve only had the chance to enjoy their chicken; so juicy, seasoned well. The staff are very kind and they are so fast at what they do. Thanks for always making my day!

Delicious beef shawarma sandwiches, very generous for a small size. Some reviews below complained about the salt, it really is a bit salty for my taste, despite that, is very tasty too. The staff are friendly. I saw some review about the double tipping, and I think it might have happened to me, but I did not get my receipt, so please pay attention to that

I have been eating from this place for years and food has only gotten worse. On at least 2 separate occasions I found chunks of raw beef fat in my food threw up both times. I ordered a chicken salad last night just get home and realize that the chicken is ice cold. Do not eat here!

Don't get deceived by the sign outside that says "family platter only $44 + tax". The salad container is tiny!!! It's only for one person. They fill it up with rice and potatoes. Barely any chicken. Also the potatoes had SO MUCH black pepper. My kids were choking after eating only one. I had to rinse them with water.

I'm very disappointed, I've been coming here for 3 years and have been very happy with the food and service. However recently the sandwiches are a hit or miss and today my sandwich was more pita then filling. Sad to say that for the last 5 times I haven't been happy with the quality of the sandwich.

I never write reviews, but if I can save one person from a bad experience - then I will be satisfied. I ordered two wraps - chicken and beef. Both came with old vegetables. More worrisome, the proteins disintegrated to mush in my mouth. This is not a good thing. The chicken and beef had absolutely no texture to each bite. I have eaten a lot of Shawarma in my life and this is a bad experience that stands out to me. I couldn’t subject myself to finishing these sandwiches and instead threw them out. The staff was kind to me. I had no problems with the service during my take-out. I imagine COVID is affecting every restaurant’s volume of orders, making it difficult to maintain the quality of food. I didn’t have the expectation to eat the greatest food, but what I received was not even edible.

I ordered 2 platters the other day and it was dry and to be honest tasteless. It was the worst shawarma I have ever had in Ottawa to be honest. I spend 40 dollars and threw it right in the trash bin. Which left the two of us hungry all night. I tried it once before this and I don't know why I gave the place another shot. But it will be the last time I spend money there.

The food was good quality but the menu has "small sandwich+pop 6.75$" we got two and was charged $19. So they add 20% tip without asking you and then the machine shows a screen for tips which I added 15% again. I was in a rush so didn't have time to argue as they always come up with a lengthy conversation.
