My husband and I purchased our first ever used vehicle at the begining of November from Chris V. and Corey. They made finding the perfect vehicle for our family very easy.

After having the vehicle for 2 weeks, the blower fan started making an awful screeching sound, the drivers door started to rattle and it would not start in the morning without a boost. When we contacted Corey about our problems with the truck, he booked an appointment for our truck to go in under warranty ASAP. We were provided with a nice courtesy vehicle to use while they kept our truck over night.

The following afternoon we were told we had to buy 2 new batteries for the truck because they are not covered under warranty. This frustrated me. After spending $72,000 on a certified used vehicle, you shouldn't have to replace the batteries 2 weeks later. After I expressed my frustration to Chris V., PG Motors made it right and provided us with 2 new batteries at their cost.

We have had our truck back for nearly a week. We no longer have any issues with it starting, the rattle in the door has stopped and the fan has not made any awful noises. The heated seats even work better.

It is hard to trust salesmen and dealerships, however I trust PG Motors. They clearly value retaining good relationships with their long-term clients.

I purchased my first brand new vehicle from PG Motors and they made it a fantastic experience, Garth was very helpful and was willing to make me good deal especially when competing against the competition. Very happy with the service and I will definitely shop there again!

Had Ford Escape 2016 on lease from PG motors. Jim Dimor and his outstanding service was the reason behind that. Now my lease was over and decided to reach out to Jim for guidance although we live in Surrey. They shipped me a new Ford Escape 2018 titanium with all the features that I asked for. PG motors and Jim provide the best customer service so didn't even bother looking anywhere in surrey. Love my new car and thankyou PG motors.

Very positive experience with Chris V and Rob H over at the Pre-Owned centre. They worked well with my needs and made the deal work for all involved, not just themselves. The finance team of Claudia and Cheryl were also helpful and cheerful to work with.

Bought a used car and dealt mainly with Tony and Chris from used car sales. Both were extremely accommodating at finding what I needed to fit my lifestyle and were open to all my counter-offers and requests. Ended up far more ahead that I thought I would all thanks to these two. They made purchasing a used car one of the easiest things to get done due to the value they threw into the vehicle. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.
