North Country Motors

I thought this guy was posting his truck for 7k over its value because he was trying to stick firm to its value range at 4-5k. Apparently when you speak to this crook about offering its actual price in full, he starts to yell over you when he's upset like a two year old. Also attempted to lean on "it's a southern car" which in reality it's maintenance records show different. Even if it is a southern car it does jack the price up 2X plus some. Not someone you want to do business with. Get a grip and if you see this shop give it a skip. As you can see from his response here he's clearly an over sized child that doesnt have a clue what he's doing when it comes to car sales. All this guy knows is being a crook.

Do business here. Nothing but beautiful salt free vehicles without the hassle of salesman beating around the bush. Great experience from start to finish. Ted was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I had an issue after purchase the cause was not determined and Ted insisted he would make it right- and he did. In talking about my experience several other people have commented that they know of people or they themselves have had great experiences with North Country Motors. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Just because you have a good experience purchasing a used vehicle doesn't mean the dealership itself is good. I have had people recommend someone because they got a used car there and they hadn't had any problems. Sure enough I did have problems. This experience was different. My brother in law got a truck at North Country and he said it was a fair price with no rust and the truck was great. Then right after the warranty expired his cv joint went. He told Ted the owner that he fixed it himself because it was right after the warranty expired and Ted just wrote him a check as if it was still under warranty. Then My father in law a few years back got a truck from him, again fair price with no rust the vehicle and it's in great shape! He still loves it and has had NO issues with it. So I tried them out. I got a fair price on the vehicle, it was VERY sharp no rust in great condition and I couldn't be happier with it. Then right before the warranty expired the check engine light came on if you've ever owned an older truck you know this is a common thing that can happen... I ran it over to a local place to get a free diagnostic and it was something related to the o2 censor so I figured I didn't put the gas cap on right. So it went away just like I thought. I let Ted know and he said not to worry about the warranty and to keep him updated. Then it came back on... after warranty. I took it to the place he had recommended me to take it and they called him to talk about it and he took care of it no questions asked. The truck runs great, I got a good fair price, but most of all I was happy to buy from such an honest and knowledgeable family. With three happy customer experiences in one family, I can say I HIGHLY recommend North Country Motors.

North Country Motors has the nicest cars and trucks in our area! I have shopped all over and been disappointed with the poor quality used cars I'm finding. Its refreshing to find a place that has really nice vehicles, it is a family run business, Ted and his wife Ansley couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Several of our friends have bought there, that why we went.

Working with Ted is such a refreshing experience from the typical auto sales place. He is the genuine, knowledgable, golden rule car guy that we should all be so lucky to deal with. I travel 3 hours one way to buy trucks/cars that have been scrutinized by eyes more demanding then my own. Can't recommend North Country enough. Lovin' the F150 thanks Ted!!!
