As new immigrants, choosing Prince Charles Elementary for our daughter was a pivotal decision. This school has provided a nurturing environment that celebrates diversity, making her transition into a new community smoother and more welcoming. The dedication of the teachers to each student's academic and social growth has been impressive, fostering a strong sense of belonging and confidence in her. The inclusive and vibrant school community, along with the range of extracurricular activities, has enabled her to make friends and explore new interests seamlessly. We're thankful to Prince Charles Elementary for their role in our daughter's positive adjustment to life in Canada, highlighting the school's commitment to academic excellence and cultural inclusivity.
Very good school and so much happening for kids all the time! My daughters are keen to go to school everyday. School admin team is also very strong and super communicative. Ok
As of this year, I unfortunately would have to give the school a one-star review, strictly based on my interaction with the new principal Kym Cook.nI have not found her to be helpful, compassionate or understanding, regarding my special needs child.nnI've expressed many concerns regarding my child, to which Kym Cook has completely disregarded, and went ahead to make decisions, that have had a detrimental effect on our family.nnParents do not have a say, in what is in the best interest of their child at this school.nnIn fact, even if parents express extreme concern regarding the safety and well being of their child, due to decisions made by the school, no changes are made.nnUnfortunately as of this year, this school only cares about funding and the money it receives, not what's in the best interest of the children or its families.
My daughter went there from grade 3 to 7, for the most part she was very happy at PCE school.
The old Principle lomax was so bad and she called me and my freinds called liers after I had marks on my body from a kid but the new principal is super nice she understands kids
