Great place for storage. Got a great deal. Even got locked out on a weekend at midnight and I called the cell number and they helped gain access. Thank you for your services!

To Mary... we are deeply sorry that you felt we were rude and difficult to reach. In the future we suggest leaving a voicemail or calling the cell number that is available on the outgoing message at the office. We had no way of knowing you were calling because you did not make use of the resources in place for that very purpose. You also called from a blocked number and initiated our conversation with a complaint. Professionalism does not mean that I, or my staff should ever have to be berated or yelled at by a would-be customer who has failed to use the resources provided.

I have been trying to reach this business for 2 weeks and no one answers the phone.  Finally after calling several times, Jodi answers the phone. She was rude and continually interrupted me.  I asked her why no one ever answers the phone and she hung up on me.  This will not be the place I will trust to place my belongings.
