Do not consider this company for storage unless you want to move out within a year. They increased my rent after one year by over 60%. Sharon's reasoning: it's a business decision. Unless you need something for just a few months, run and run away fast. Another complaint is that when I reported a bad door on the unit, she never returned my call. Lastly, I sent payment through online banking and it showed up 5 days later than the bank promised me. Sure enough, the other reviews are accurate .... Sharon locked me out of the unit and charged me a $20 late payment fee. Maybe she's too busy locking people out after 5 days that she cannot even respond to maintenance requests.

Renting storage was the easiest part of my move. Sharon explained the renaimng of the roads, so use 2681 Joles Ave. Chippewa Falls with your GPS or ask because Google Maps is not yet current with the road name change (the real name of the road is now County Highway OO).

Like said before, she is lock happy and her inbox is always full. Surprised she hasn't been reported to the BBB.
