Primacy Medical Clinic- Penticton

Shortly before my appointment they called me to tell me that I haven’t seen the doctor in 5 years so he’s removed me.

I moved to Penticton 2016 !!! I had the best Dr. In the world in Vancouver ! Dr. Marjorie zapf-Gilje !!! I put my name on the waiting list in Penticton for a family Doctor ! My Doctor in Vancouver retired so pretty important to find another Doctor in Penticton !! It took about 6 month then I got a call !! Your new Doctor will be Doctor Hameed !!! I WON the Lottery! I’m not an easy patient, I’m retired and getting older and things are starting to change in my health ! She is the most patient Doctor I have ever been to! I can’t believe I got this lucky again with a Doctor !! When you have an issue she act’s immediately ! Your sent to specialist, you get tests and everyone person I see whether they are nurses or Doctors and they ask me who’s your Doctor and I say Doctor Hameed and they all say the same thing she’s a very thorough Doctor !!!! Just what I wanted !!! I thank you Doctor Hameed and I’m So happy your my Doctor ! John Demeule

Horrible service. Clinic never answers phone, doctor calls almost 2 hrs after scheduled appointment. Dr. was rude not only to me and my fiancé on the phone basically screaming at us when I asked a simple question about why she called so late. Not only did We fire her but another lady in my office with serious health issues fired her after Dr.Fathima hammeed was rude to my co workers previous doctor on the phone and didn’t care about any of her previous health issues!!! All they care about is a pay check. Would NOT recommend her as a family doctor.

I cannot believe that after a Doctor retires you have to "meet and greet" the new one. And if you don't. They will drop you as a patient! Way to go Primacy Medical Clinic! Thank you for looking out for hard working families here. I'm glad we are just a pay check for you. I am absolutely appalled!!

Abysmal service, terrible doctors that don't listen to what ail you and just want to hury on to the next patient. This clinic just causes more problems then it solves. It's almost impossible to get a hold of them via phone, they never pick up even during office hours.

Seriously the best. Dr. Hameed is fantastic. Great place.
