Pretzelmaker

Normally this place is pretty good about having food fresh but today my pretzel bites were old and so hard i couldn't use a fork to get them out of the cup so i had to stick my hand down in the cup covering myself in parmesan.. also they had the dough just sitting out waiting to be rolled or cut just drying out uncovered.

They are very inconstant with their pricing and quantity of their pretzels. Every time i go the prices are different, some times a drink is $1 other times its $3. On 26 cent pretzel day my pretzels came up to be 3 dollars because they "charged extra for cheese that day". Most of the time the pretzels are good other times they are under cooked. Many of the employs are rude and will decide to finish a text messages before they greet the customers. They are not very customer oriented.

Terrible attitude to customers. Disrespectful, once scammed my daughter and didn't hand proper change ON PURPOSE. Those "men" need to improve their attitude and mood on life.
