Hy-Vee

Great customer service. I had a question about some of the fuel perk rewards tonight so I asked before I shopped. The manager told me I should be able to get both rewards and if I didn't to let him know. Well, I didn't. So the girl at the service desk looked over my receipt with me said it looked like I should get another 30 points so she added them to my fuel perks. One of the young men stocking shelves was very friendly and asked how my day has been. The cashier was very efficient and friendly with the man ahead of me and then with me. Their sales prices and fuel perks make shopping there worth it!

HyVee nearly has & does it all. It's clean, open 24 hrs, & user friendly. They do not make you feel like a pariah for shopping off hours. They are capable of keeping the store clean & the shelves stocked while still accommodating consumers. Employees seem invested in their jobs & you get the feeling they're not just watching the clock until their shift ends. Now they offer free delivery too? What more could you ask for? At the risk of this review taking a strange turn, the 'more' I could ask for is the return of the drive up but that's about it. Otherwise they're spot on as far as customer service goes.

Nice, friendly employees. Clean store. Great selection of products. The Hyvee store brand products are quite good, usually cheaper and often times you get cents off gasoline for buying them.

I appreciate the dependability of Hyvee. And the staff really are, all smiles. I do think the pricing for fresh meat and produce are high, but the variety of selections keeps me coming back.

Since moving to Colorado we've really come to miss our Hy-Vee stores. The customer service and layout is unparallel to the store chains out here. Unless you're going to whole foods, the produce/meat quality is lack luster. We bring a big cooler and fill it with dry ice and groceries before we leave the area
