I've used this company a few times to get to the airport and quite frankly my recommendation is to find another taxi company. The dispatchers aren't very freiendly, the drivers are always late, the taxis themselves are old and often smell of cigarette. The dovers themselves often talk your ear off and won't give you any peace and quiet. If you can, avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible service the other day they picked up a random person instead of me and said another taxi was on the way that never came. Today they said they are too busy to come to my area and to call the other company Oxford. I will do that from now on.

Taxis with wrong drivers (not matching their I'D or no ID at all). Driver arrived late even though I ordered 1h before and he had the nerve to say it's my fault. Filed a complaint, they said they'd called back. Never ever got a phone call. Never used this company again.
