Not my favourite presotea! Good clean place but the quality of the mango slushy pales in comparison to other locations I’ve got it from! Staff very friendly however and service was quick!

Not my best presotea experience! Asked for a mango slushy! Got something else- too watery for my taste! Quick polite friendly service otherwise.

Bad experience with this location. A lot of times when I come I have to wait at least 5 to 15 minutes to be served. I end up leaving. I try and give them a chance because there is only one person working but they dont acknowledge you. Today I came in at 936pm and I was acknowledge but was told it was closed and the sign outside says 11am to 11pm..

The customer service here is horrible. The store was empty of customers, yet the man behind the counter never acknowledged or welcomed us to take our orders. He was too busy making online orders very slowly and made us wait there awkwardly without taking our order for 10-15 minutes before we just left. A shame since this place was an okay place to get drinks, but this experience left me very dissatisfied. Its odd he just ignored us and just continued making drinks without even saying anything.

Been here twice now and has been a good experience. Overall presotea is not cheap but they have good deals so we got two regular drinks with topping for 12. The guy was very nice and overall experience was great. Love the seating area, its cozyFood: 5/5

This place is conveniently located in a small mall, directly on top of the Yonge-Sheppard subway. It has a mall entrance and street entrance. From my understanding, it's linked to the parking garage below as well. The environment is clean and well lit. There are plenty of chairs and tables, so you can stay and work on your laptop without feeling like you're hogging a table. There is wifi here and a washroom in the mall area. The music was not too loud, so it's a great place to study at or meet up to chat with friends. The service here is fast and friendly. The tapioca texture and the tea was executed well. This might be my favourite stop for bubble tea in the Yonge-Sheppard area so far, because it's not overly busy/crowded.

Decent tea spot with lots of variety! I only get the panda milk tea but tried their new coffee series this time. I would skip on the dalgona but the thai tea is quite alright.

Very artificial mango slush. I was watching she just added 3-4 small pieces of mango and lots of ice. I clearly told less ice but it was filled with only ice. I guess she added too much of artificial mango tastener. Never felt like a real mango slush. Will never recommend this store. Time and money waste.

Very nice bubble tea place. Have visited couple of times and it's usually one person in the front, so there is a bit of line up.

Not very good customer service, no smiles, no friendliness. You'd think if you're paying so much, you'd get good service. Anyways, milk tea and bubble tea too sugary. Grass jelly wasn't good. Nice inside the place, though. No parking.
