Went a few months back, usually the drinks are good and they give a good portion. But one time I ordered a hot taro bubble tea it tasted like the drink was not mixed well and tasted like pure powder and sugary clumpy. I went back to see what they could do with it. The girl making the bubble tea was extremely rude and said “this is how it is if you don’t like it next time don’t order it”. I said it tasted like it’s not fully mixed. She said she will add ice and went to the back to whisper to her coworker and the coworker looked at me. She came off rude instantly when I just brought it up I felt like it wasn’t necessary and my friend also thought what she did was very rude.
Their service is really bad, staff didn’t say anything to me and looks like very angry. Even we ask some questions about the drink, he still didn’t answer and just ignore us. To be honest the store is not very busy at that moment. If the owner of this location can see this comment, please talk with your staff… if you don’t trust me, check your camera… your staff just never speak one word to anyone… and btw we actually order two same regular size drinks, your staff give us two different size, see the tag… it’s really weird.
Worst customer service!! My husband was so polite in ordering as he should, and the server sounded like she was fed up from her day as we did order sometime at 6pm. She then finished making our drinks but she messed up on my order. I then told her “oh sorry, I ordered a milky taro” she then rolled her eyes and turned her back not even a sorry or any word. Like what!! Again, I was the one that said SORRY! From what my husband said, “she’s not gonna go above and beyond with her job, she’s just a robot” lol but those people shouldn’t be doing customer service AT ALL. I’m a nice person that’s why I didn’t go too far and comment on her rolling her eyes, like I could’ve but I wish her the best.
Always get a bubble tea when I'm in the neighbourhood. The drinks are good. The price is good. The staffs were not friendly but rude. They should payattention to this.
Just went to this mall and decided for a bubble tea went to this venue and left without purchasing a drink. Service worker needs a better attitude just plain rude. Best not to roll your eyes at your customers as I took my money to Tasty House...it was way better and friendlier service and drinks were great.
Tea was pretty good. Pricing is confusing as they have signs everywhere and aren't clear about which is for what. Service was okay somewhat slow and not friendly.
Nasty nasty people working there!! Most horrible customer service as if they are forced to work there without any pay. You try to be polite and pleasant to them and you get attitude in return. Makes you not want to go back at all!! Never experienced such bad service. They really need to train their staff better!!!
Drinks are good but customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I got a drink and accidentally dropped it and the cup cracked and spilled everywhere. I went back to ask for a new one since that’s what anyone would do but the older lady kept refusing and said that it was my fault that I dropped it so if I wanted a new one, I would have to pay again. Or the best she could offer was to charge me the drink half off. What a joke. She kept bargaining and offering that she would charge me less than normal pricing. I understand she isn’t at fault but as a paying customer and someone who goes often, I’m just surprised at the lack of customer service and how she kept pointing the finger at me over something out of my control. I don’t want to sound like I’m privileged but I feel like everywhere else would understand and just replace ONE drink. So stupid and honestly unbelievable.
Very poor customer service, older lady seems like the owner has hostile nature when ordering, panda milk tea has no taste, just pure sugar and coloring. Not fresh as advertised. I don't believe they will survive with much better options out there, hope they can change for the better. Won't be returning.
Sign clearly says golden tea special for $3.50. When I went up to order, the person said that they don't have any. I ask that you don't have any left or don't sell it at all, as my family like to but it a lot in the past. It took me several times for them to clarify they don't sell it anymore. Another customer after ordered the same and got into the exact same conversation. If you don't sell it anymore than why don't you just take the sign down for golden tea. On top of that, they said that because you are getting the special, we don't allow you to pay by Visa only debit. A very frustrating experience. Maybe they changed owner but the service and quality is not what it used to be. Would not recommend.
