Nice bubble tea place with modern interior. Decent flavours. Staff were attentive and helpful. The signature lite fruit tea looks really pretty with the fruit slices inside, the drink itself was sweet and fruity. We tried one of the float series drinks and it was way too sweet. Had to dilute it with more milk at home. They also have egg waffles here, haven't tried it but it looks yummy.
Great selection of the bubble tea. Neat & clean. Nice decor. Minus one star for the staff. The only concern was we placed the order via the app while our parties were sitting down to wait. Been sitting down for over 10 mins and no staff informed us the drinks were ready sitting on the counter. As we walked in, we already informed the staff we wanted to place the order via the app.
Favorite place to get bubble tea! Good service and yummy drinks. Love the Ice Cream Black Warrior. Shop decor is nice. Haven’t tried their waffle cuz it’s always sold out. Will come back earlier in the day to get it. Very popular place, always people coming even late at night.
Honestly the flavours are really good and there’s a lot of variety. Tapioca is soft and warm, good flavour, but for all the other chewy tapioca lovers it isn’t the most chewy. Overall great service and great place Ps cranberry slush is surprisingly super tasty
The ice cream black warrior is essentially a milk tea float made with the brown sugar latte, which is my go-to at Kung Fu Tea. The crisp sweetness from the brown sugar worked wonders with the more mild and creamy flavour of the ice cream. The boba and syrup were warm and created a beautiful contrast with the ice cream and tea. Cost around $7.5, and only comes in the regular size, not large. Though the price is kind of much for a drink, the flavour more than makes up for it, and is pretty standard for a specialty milk tea anyway.
Some of the best bubble tea I’ve ever tasted!! Came here with friends and we were NOT disappointed. Very kind girl named Jahde took our order and made our drinks super quickly. Both members of staff wished us a good-night as we were leaving. All in all, love this place! Will definitely be coming back here soon.
I was there the second time there. The first time I ordered a drink and it was great. This time I consulted with the cashier and asked for something different and not that sweet. She referred me to some tea and I asked with less sweet and less ice. I got the drink and it was so sweet it was undrinkable. I asked to made it with much less sweet but they refused. It didn’t help that I told them that I asked for not such a sweet drink to begin with but the only answer I got was that the drink is sweet to begin with and they cannot do anything. Kind of strange that it is all about the money for them and not for the customer satisfaction and repeating customers. There are many bubble tea places and no need for me to step back into that not that cheap place to begin with. Drink went to the garbage and I went home.
Love the modern interior design of this location. Everything is so clean and organized. Great recommendations on the signature lite fruit tea, super refreshing for summer!!! The matcha egg waffle was hot and crispy, will definitely come back for more!
My new favourite! I'm bubble tea obsessed almost daily and this was my first visit to Kung Fu. Most importantly, the drink was superior to others I've tried. The pearls were perfectly cooked, and the milk tea tasted as it should - like real tea. Being sweetened with honey without having to pay extra was a nice touch. Michael greeted me at the door, and spent a lot of time taking me through the menu and getting to know me. It's the first time I felt like my business was appreciated and valued at a BBT shop. I will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend it. Also the store is modern and gorgeous! I loved being inside. Wonderful experience, thank you Michael! -Candice L
Out of all the Kung Fu Tea I have visited, this store has by far the best customer service. When I entered I was treated kindly and they would always be willing to answer all my questions. They made the drinks really quickly and overall a 10/10 experience. Keep up the good work!!!
