I had an immediate need for assistance with an leak detector issue on the washing machine at my office. Running our machine 15 to 20 times a day, if we are down even for a few hours, we are backed up considerably! Presidential sent 2 guys out the very next day, replaced the detector with a device that works much better and will not break as easily. Tim and his team are knowledgeable, professional, timely and saved us from a messy situation.  Thank you!! 😁

I have used Tim Rager and His company Presidential Heating many times at my personal residence and rental units. He always is on time and will answer his phone.  It is clear he knows this business very well. I have been very happy with all the work he has done for me.  I have had him work on clients properties as well.  Highly recommend Tim and his team

Responded quickly. Troubleshot issue. Fixed on spot and cleaned up afterwards.  All under an hour!  Great Job.  Highly recommended.  This is the 4th or 5th time I have used PH&P.  Always top notch!
