Houghton Plumbing & Heating

Houghton came and took care of some emergency issues at our facilty, their response was incredibly fast, and the man who arrived was polite, clean, and fast working. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Had the company come in to install appliances so that they could be connected to the water and gas pipes (Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher). Seems simple yet why they charged me $2,400 is beyond me. Tried to dispute the invoice because they charged the condo association whom I have to pay back but never got a call back. The company is a complete rip-off. Had they given me a proper estimate, I would have stayed the hell away. DO NOT do business with the owner Dave. I called and left messages numerous times and not once has he called back. Pro: Got appliances installed Con: Grossly inflated the invoice, no way to contact them once your condo association pays them (wouldn't be surprised if they were in cahoots). Bottom line, avoid at all costs.
